Created the Marketing Calendar and Increased email traffic revenue from ~$5K once a week to $20K per email, multiple times a week.
Launched pop-up stores to increase recruitment and support the BeAScout online application, directly increasing recruitment to meet annual goal.

Designed and built the state-of-the-art Content Studio, increasing content creation from 10’s of products per week to 1000’s of assets for all marketing channels.
Grew and managed a 12-person team into 24 FTE + Contractors with redefined roles organization structure.
Converted studio operations into an agency model that supported all other content divisions at Lowe’s, including video, photogrammetry, 360spin and endless aisle assets.

Launched and managed multiple Wayfair photo studios, overseeing multiple locations and teams to ensure seamless end-to-end production.
